Dear Exhibitors:

You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 2010 Washington Library Media Association (WLMA) and Washington Association of Library Employees (WALE) Annual Conference. We expect to have more than 50 vendors and 900 school librarians and library employees attending.

  • Location: Double-Tree Hotel, SeaTac, WA
  • Conference dates: October 14 – 16, 2010
  • Exhibit times: October 14: 4:00 to 8:30 pm, October 15: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Cost per booth: $375 premium booths; $325 regular booths

It is expected that by registering you are agreeing to stay until 5 P.M. on Friday as early breakdown is disruptive to other exhibitors and conference attendees.  Exhibitors will be provided one complimentary box lunch on Friday for each purchased booth. Additional box lunches can be purchased for $25.00.  If you wish to have a booth, please fill out the Exhibitor’s Form and mail it to:

Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so please complete the form and mail it to Venta as soon as possible. Full payment is required to secure your booth space unless you have made other arrangements with Venta.  It is important to indicate on the registration form whether you will need internet access.  Please note: The booth size at the Double-Tree Hotel exhibits is 6’ X 10’ – click here to view the updated hotel exhibit floor plan.
